Cleansing Salads

Join me on a journey of weight release and awesome health.

How to make the following salads:

Sauté the cooked chopped Cauliflower, Kale or Spinach Leaves, Coconut Milk (optional) and Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon in Oil and Spices until the Kale begins to wilt. Approximately 3 to 5 minutes. (Thermomix, varoma/ reverse/ speed 2) Top with Fruit (optional) 


Fruity Cleansing Salad

1/2 cup of Papaya, Pineapple or Mango

1/2 cup each of Spinach Leaves and Herb of choice i.e. Coriander

2 tsp. Coconut Oil

1/2 tsp. of spice of choice i.e. Cinnamon

1 cup of cooked Cauliflower Rice

1/2 cup of Coconut Milk 

1 tbsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon (optional) 

1/4 cup of Herbs of choice


Mediterranean Cleansing Salad

1/2  cup of Kale or Spinach Leaves

1 tbsp. Olive Oil

1 cup of cooked Cauliflower Rice

1/2 sliced Red Onion

1/4 tsp. of Thyme or spice of choice

1/4 cup of Herbs or Basil 

Juice of 1/2 Lemon

1/2 cup of Roma Tomatoes


Spicy Cleansing Salad

1/2  cup of Kale or Spinach Leaves

2 tsp. Coconut Oil

1 cup of cooked Cauliflower Rice

1 tbsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar

1/4 tsp. of Cumin  or spice of choice

1/4 cup of Herbs of choice

Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
