Cleansing Smoothies

Join me on a journey of weight release and awesome health.

Blend all ingredients together in a Food Processor or Thermomix (20 seconds/ speed 10) and serve immediately. Note: You can add 1 tbsp. of  Supa Cleanse or PN Coconut Minerals, PN Liquid VeggieMin or Sparkling Minerals (Tropical C or Berry) to the smoothies. To sweeten you can add a Date, Honey, Maple Syrup or Xylitol.


Pina Colada  Smoothie

1/2 cup of Kale or Coconut Yoghurt

1 cup of Coconut water

Juice from 1 Lime

1/2 cup Cucumber

1/2 cup of fresh Pineapple

1 tsp. of Coconut oil

1 tbsp. of Chia Seeds


Digestive Detox Smoothie

1/2 cup of Kefir or Coconut Yoghurt

1 cup of Coconut water

1/4 cup of Berries

1/2 cup Spinach Leaves

2 tbsp. of Chia Seeds

1 tsp. of Coconut Oil (Optional)

1/2 cup of Parsley & Mint


Lovely Green Smoothie

1/2 green Apple or Pear

1/4 cup of grated Carrot

Juice of 1/2 Lemon

1/4 cup of Avocado or 2 tsp. Coconut Oil

1/2 cup of Kale or Spinach Leaves

1/4  cup of Herbs and 1 tbsp. of Ginger

1/2 cup of Coconut water

1/2 cup of  Chia Seeds (Soaked)  / Kefir or Coconut Yoghurt

1 tsp. of Coconut oil


Berry Green  Smoothie

1/2 cup of Kefir or Coconut Yoghurt

1/4 cup Spinach or Kale

1/2 cup water or Green Tea and ice

1/4 cup of Berries

1 tbsp. of Chia Seeds


Chocolate Smoothie

2 tbsp.of Cacao Powder

1 tsp. of Maca Powder

1 Banana (frozen)

2 tbsp. of Chia Seeds

1 cup of Coconut water or Milk
